Use the app respectfully.

Avoid hate speech, harassment, threats, abuse, illegal content, and harmful content.

Follow platform rules and community guidelines.

Be honest when promoting Cypher Club.

Do not spam users, abuse referral codes, create inauthentic accounts, or manipulate referrals, props, XP, leaderboards, challenges, or rewards.

Creators own their content.

Cypher Club may repost, feature, clip, or promote creator content created inside Cypher Club or submitted to Cypher Club.

This can include app promotion, social media, tournament highlights, Cypher Club Records, creator spotlights, and landing page creator features.

A future opt-out or takedown request process will be added as the program grows.

Creator approval, partner eligibility, payouts/credits, rooms, tournaments, and sponsored opportunities are subject to review.

Cypher Club may remove creator status if a creator violates platform rules, abuses the program, harms the community, creates legal or safety risks, or misrepresents the app.
