This policy is a working launch draft for CypherClub and must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before public launch.

Version 1.0Updated 2026-06-15

Attorney review required

This AI policy is a launch-ready draft for product planning and must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before public launch.

AI in CypherClub

CypherClub may use AI to support product help, onboarding, performance review, judging, coaching, summaries, recommendations, safety triage, support routing, and creative practice.

AI features may include Rae Rae, Echo, Lyric, Rhythm, Impact, Paragon, and other clearly labeled AI-powered tools approved for the product.

What AI is for

AI should help users understand:

  • How they did.
  • What they can improve.
  • What they should do next.

AI is intended to be short, useful, encouraging, and game-like. It should not feel like a replacement for human judgment, professional advice, or legal review.

AI is not professional advice

AI output is informational and may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, biased, or unavailable. AI feedback is not legal, medical, financial, professional, or career advice.

User content and AI

AI features may process recordings, transcripts, lyrics, beat metadata, challenge metadata, timing metadata, practice history, goals, and review history when users request analysis or use AI-enabled features.

Do not submit passwords, payment details, API keys, private third-party information, confidential information, or highly sensitive personal data to AI tools.

Membership access

Some AI features may be limited by membership tier. Locked features may show previews so users understand what paid plans include.

Paid access must be determined by membership permissions and billing status, not by a client-only feature flag.

Human review and moderation

AI may help flag or summarize safety issues, but important moderation and enforcement decisions should allow human review where practical.

Cost control

CypherClub may limit AI usage to protect reliability and control costs. Some analysis may run only after a user intentionally requests it.

Accuracy and appeals

AI judging and analysis may be imperfect. Users should treat AI as training feedback, not final truth. If AI output creates a safety or account issue, contact support.

Changes

AI providers, models, features, limits, and permissions may change as CypherClub evolves.
