Community Guidelines

The culture rules for rooms, chat, recordings, profiles, sharing, publishing, challenges, and creator spaces.

This policy is a working launch draft for CypherClub and must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before public launch.

Version 1.0Updated 2026-06-15

Attorney review required

These guidelines are a launch-ready draft for product planning and must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before public launch.

The standard

CypherClub is built for practice, respect, competition, creativity, and growth. Bring bars. Bring energy. Do not bring harassment, hate, exploitation, threats, spam, or rights violations.

Respect the room

Rooms, Studio, chat, challenges, creator spaces, and shared links should support creative growth. Critique the work, not the person. Competitive energy is welcome. Abuse is not.

Not allowed

Do not use CypherClub to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or dox anyone.
  • Promote hate or dehumanization based on protected characteristics.
  • Share sexual content involving minors or exploitative sexual content.
  • Encourage self-harm, violence, terrorism, or illegal activity.
  • Share private personal information without permission.
  • Impersonate another person, brand, artist, producer, or CypherClub staff.
  • Upload content you do not have rights to use.
  • Spam rooms, chat, support, reports, invites, referrals, or shared links.
  • Manipulate votes, challenges, rewards, memberships, payments, or creator programs.
  • Disrupt live rooms, audio, moderation, or platform security.

Battle and freestyle context

Rap can include intensity, wordplay, and competitive performance. That context does not excuse targeted harassment, credible threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, doxxing, or rights violations.

User-generated content

You are responsible for recordings, lyrics, chat, profiles, beats, uploads, shared links, published songs, and room behavior. Make sure you have permission to use anything you upload or share.

Cypher Club Records

Cypher Club Records should highlight the club's best creative work. Do not publish records that harass people, expose private information, use content you do not have rights to use, impersonate someone else, promote scams, or violate safety rules. Reports are private and help moderators review records without creating public negative labels.

Reporting

Users can report profiles, rooms, messages, recordings, beats, published content, shared links, and other safety concerns through Support or in-product report tools where available.

Report reasons may include harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, minor safety concern, doxxing, copyright issue, spam, impersonation, or other concerns.

Blocking and muting

Blocking and muting tools may be available to help users manage interactions. These tools do not replace safety reports when a serious violation occurs.

Moderation

CypherClub may remove content, hide content, limit features, close rooms, issue warnings, suspend accounts, ban accounts, preserve evidence, or escalate matters when needed for safety, legal compliance, copyright, payment integrity, or platform integrity.

Creator responsibility

Creators and room hosts help set the tone. Hosts should use moderation controls responsibly and should not encourage harassment, unsafe challenges, copyright abuse, or misleading promotion.

Appeals

If you believe enforcement was a mistake, contact support with relevant context. Appeals are reviewed when practical, but not every action can be reversed.

Contact

Use Support for safety questions, report follow-ups, or moderation concerns.
