Creator Content License

This creator license is a launch-ready draft for product planning and must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before public launch.

Creators keep ownership of content they create, subject to the licenses and permissions needed for CypherClub to operate the service.

Creator content may include recordings, performances, lyrics, freestyles, beats, images, creator profiles, events, rooms, challenge prompts, creator pages, and shared links.

When creators upload, publish, host, share, or submit content, they grant CypherClub a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, transmit, transcode, analyze, and distribute that content as needed to operate CypherClub.

If a creator publishes a profile, room, event, challenge, beat, recording, song, or public page, CypherClub may display that content in app surfaces such as creator pages, community areas, search, discovery, room previews, challenge pages, and share pages.

CypherClub may use public creator names, usernames, avatars, creator pages, public room titles, public challenges, and public content previews to promote creator features inside CypherClub.

Broader external advertising use of creator recordings, likeness, or full performances should use clear permissions or separate agreements when practical.

Creators are responsible for having rights to beats, samples, images, vocals, guest performances, artwork, names, logos, and other materials they upload or use.

Creators can request removal or changes through app tools or support. Some data may be retained for legal, safety, billing, audit, moderation, or backup reasons.

Creator programs, referrals, events, rankings, awards, and promotions may include additional rules. CypherClub may remove creator access for unsafe conduct, misleading promotion, rights violations, fraud, payment abuse, or community guideline violations.

CypherClub does not guarantee audience growth, income, promotion, rankings, referrals, membership conversions, or creator program availability.

Creator questions should be submitted through Support or the creator application and feedback tools where available.
