How to contact support

Use the Support page in the app to submit a request. If email is configured, use the support email shown in the app.

Support categories

Support can help route requests about:

  • Account access and login.
  • Billing and memberships.
  • Beats and beat access.
  • Studio recording and playback.
  • Arena rooms and LiveKit audio.
  • Recordings, storage, downloads, and sharing.
  • Safety reports and moderation.
  • Copyright and DMCA questions.
  • Bugs and technical issues.
  • Creator, affiliate, and referral questions.

Safety reports

For urgent safety concerns, report the content or user through in-product tools where available and submit a Support request with the Safety category.

Include links, usernames, room names, timestamps, screenshots where appropriate, and a clear explanation of what happened.

Use the Copyright category and include the information described in the Copyright and DMCA Policy.

Billing support

Billing changes are handled through the official membership and Stripe billing portal where available. Support cannot fake payment success or grant paid status without an authorized process.

Response expectations

CypherClub is an early product. Response times may vary. Safety, billing, account access, and copyright issues are prioritized.

Suggested targets:

  • Safety and account access: as soon as practical.
  • Billing: within a few business days where possible.
  • General product support: as capacity allows.

What support cannot do

Support cannot provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Support cannot guarantee creative success, force another user to respond, or resolve disputes outside CypherClub.
