Safety reports
For urgent safety concerns, report the content or user through in-product tools where available and submit a Support request with the Safety category.
Include links, usernames, room names, timestamps, screenshots where appropriate, and a clear explanation of what happened.
Copyright reports
Use the Copyright category and include the information described in the Copyright and DMCA Policy.
Billing support
Billing changes are handled through the official membership and Stripe billing portal where available. Support cannot fake payment success or grant paid status without an authorized process.
Response expectations
CypherClub is an early product. Response times may vary. Safety, billing, account access, and copyright issues are prioritized.
